The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the General Manager of our B2B division, you will be a critical leader in driving continued revenue growth, specifically within the high-potential US and UK markets. You will spearhead all revenue-generating activities in these regions as they transition onto our global platform, leading a high-performing sales team and collaborating closely with the B2B leadership team to shape product and marketing strategies that align with our ambitious objectives.
What you'll do:
Serve as a key member of the B2B leadership team, championing revenue growth, exceptional customer satisfaction, and our vibrant culture and community.
Drive accountability and deliver key growth outcomes across the entire sales lifecycle, encompassing both inbound and outbound sales motions for commercial and high-touch strategic SaaS accounts.
Own and execute a robust UK and US sales strategy, forging strong partnerships with peers in Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Product to build a cohesive and effective revenue engine.
Provide exceptional coaching and mentorship to our talented US and UK sales teams, enhancing their sales and sales management effectiveness.
Build and optimize a powerful inbound/outbound sales engine, refine sales operations, and implement predictable, repeatable sales roadmaps, translating ambitious targets into clear, actionable plans for all levels of sales management.
Fuel growth in both SMB and Enterprise segments, enhancing our "land and expand" strategy to achieve deeper and faster penetration within enterprise accounts. Propose and implement necessary playbook adjustments to optimize performance and drive global growth.
Leverage data analytics to proactively refine our go-to-market playbook, ensuring accurate forecasting and defining the bookings and activities required to build robust pipeline and accelerate velocity to achieve results.
Collaborate closely with product and marketing leaders to influence the prioritization of feature development in anticipation of platform migration.
Build and develop high-performing US and UK teams, fostering career growth and mobility while maintaining a positive and results-oriented culture.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a world-class GTM leader with a track record of driving significant revenue growth in SaaS businesses, ideally within the US and UK markets.
Demonstrated success in leading and scaling sales teams, including coaching and developing sales management talent.
Deep understanding of both inbound and outbound sales methodologies, across SMB and Enterprise segments.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.
Experience in developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies and sales playbooks.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
Experience working in organizations that have undergone mergers or acquisitions and navigating the integration of new teams and processes is a plus.
