The Role
As Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the Arrive presence in the Slovak market through identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new commercial partners such as private parking operators of garages and parking lots. You will identify leads, establish first contact and connect with decision-makers in the commercial parking sector to expand the Arrive services.
What you’ll be doing:
Grow our market share: Acquiring new partners through the full sales cycle, build and maintain excellent relationships with commercial parking operators through proactive analysis, consultation, and communication.
Digitizing the parking industry: contribute to digitizing the parking industry in the Slovak market, transforming the market through our innovative offerings.
Lead negotiations: managing contracts and lead negotiations, and respond to RFIs/RFQs with tailored and standard offers.
Addressing customer needs: Understanding and anticipating customer needs for future digitization opportunities as well as aligning them with Arrive's solutions.
Conduct market analysis: Understanding the competition and the position of Arrive in the market through market analysis.
Collaborate across teams: Build strong working relationships with Partner Success Management, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Care to continuously improve our offerings and deliver exceptional value to our partners.
Is this you?
We don’t know you yest, but you might recognize yourself in the following:
- You have a solid background in consultative sales, ideally selling complex services (e.g, SaaS) and you are skilled at building strong relationships with commercial customers.
- You are an independent self-starter, proactive and eager to learn.
- You are able to identify and act on new business opportunities and drive these through a project management perspective
- Collaboration comes natural to you, and you have strong problem solving and prioritization skills in combination with being able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- You are analytical in your sales approach, have a strategic mindset and the ability to structure and present compelling business cases.
- You are proficient in the use of CRM systems to manage the full sales cycle from start to finish.
- You like to be challenged, embrace the new, and step out of your comfort zone through curiosity and acting without prestige. All while, of course, having fun with your colleagues.
- Drivers license B and willing to travel by car to customer meetings on weekly basis
- You speak Slovakian on a native level and are fluent in English.
This role is based in Bratislava.
