Your tasks in Office Management:

• You ensure that all employees and visitors feel comfortable in our new office in central Vienna.

• You are the first point of contact for all questions about the office.

• You coordinate our service partners around the office, e.g. cleaning service or courier service etc.

• You keep an eye on the order in our office and ensure the smooth running of the office.

• You keep track of office and consumables and order them independently, as required.

• You ensure smooth incoming and outgoing mail.

• You support the organization and planning of company and team events

Your Profile:

• You enjoy organizing and tackling things

• You work independently, solution-oriented & people can rely on you 100%

• You always have an open ear for your environment and enjoy working with people

• You have good language skills in German and English

• You want to be in the office at least twice a week (max. 10 hours per week)
