What You’ll Do:
Drive new business growth – Identify, target, and win new B2B customers.
Expand & nurture existing relationships – maximize value through upselling and cross-selling.
Be a strategic partner – understand customer needs, tailor solutions, and build long-term partnerships.
Meet & exceed sales targets – take ownership of revenue growth, using a consultative approach.
Maintain CRM excellence – keep customer insights up to date to fuel data-driven sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven B2B sales experience – with a strong track record in new business development and account management.
A true hunter mentality – excited by the challenge of winning and growing accounts.
Resilient & commercially driven – thrives on achieving and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills – confident, engaging, and adaptable.
Fluent in Finnish & English – language skills will be tested during recruitment.
