The Role
Customer Love is one of the core values at Arrive.
We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who always puts the customer first and has a feeling for providing a professional Customer Experience. You are an independent, thorough and social team player who likes working in a high-paced, always changing environment. You are curious and like to challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone and try out new things to develop and grow. You have the ability to reflect over things you do well and things you could do better. Feedback is something you welcome and humbleness is a keyword.
One of the key missions for a Customer Care Representative is to support the gathering of constructive insight about what our customers want and together with other functions within the Arrive, propose product and process improvement to reduce the need for customers to contact us.
You will initially contribute & make an impact through:
●Deliver Exceptional Customer Service - answering incoming multi-channel requests from our Czech and Slovak customer base (private and corporate) as well as from foreign customers (in English) who use the service in the two countries.
●Drive Team Success - Actively contribute in meetings and bring fresh ideas to improvement projects, helping streamline our services and create the best customer experience.
●Collaborate to create ONE Team - working closely with other departments (tech support, billing, and product teams) to resolve complex issues and provide end-to-end support.
●Improvement Initiatives - supporting customer insights collection to identify solutions to improve our customers' experience journey.
Requirements
We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
✔ Written and oral fluency in Czech, Slovak and English
✔ Customer orientation and ability to adapt to clients tone of voice
✔ Analytical & problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
✔Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
