Talent Acquisition Partner (6-Month Fixed Term Contract) - French Speaking
Are you a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner with a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and possess strong experience recruiting in France? If so, we want to hear from you!
We're looking for a fluent French speaker to join our growing global People & Culture function on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role can be based in one of our following offices in the UK or France: Paris / Besancon or Basingstoke/ London.
About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be a vital business partner responsible for identifying, attracting, and bringing aboard exceptional talent for our teams in France and across Europe. You'll work directly with hiring managers, providing expert guidance and strategic support to ensure we secure the best candidates. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless and high-quality recruitment experience, from sourcing top talent to negotiating offers, all while upholding our commitment to building diverse teams and sharing our unique culture and values.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, you'll play a key role in continuously improving our recruitment processes, assessment tools, and interview techniques, truly enabling our business to thrive with great people.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and engage top talent across all levels, working at pace on multiple requisitions through innovative search strategies and strategic partnerships.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring teams, ensuring efficiency and high-quality hiring experiences for roles from entry-level to senior leadership.
Negotiate competitive offers for candidates at various experience levels, from mid to senior.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and People & Culture colleagues to drive attraction efforts.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, assessment tools, and interview techniques, including developing and delivering training for hiring leaders.
Conduct candidate assessments and interviews with a balanced approach of care and curiosity.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken is essential)
Proven experience as an experienced recruiter or consultant manager, preferably with a background in building talent pipelines and networks.
Demonstrable experience recruiting in France and direct sourcing for candidates
Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
A skilled interviewer with a passion for understanding human behavior through competency-based recruitment and interview techniques.
A self-starter and quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
Structured, self-driven, solution-oriented, proactive, and consultative approach.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working within recruitment.
You're a team player who embraces collaboration and continuous learning. You're motivated by connecting with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to find best practices. You thrive in a multicultural environment where English is the business language, and you're excited to contribute your experience in a changing landscape.
