Analytics Product Manager is a leadership position in the Analytics function, which is part of the Technology department and partnering with all other business units in the journey of making Arrive a data-driven company. We are a team of diverse data professionals working with a modern data stack consisting of Snowflake, dbt, Looker and Mixpanel.
This role is essentially the analytics business partner for the B2B business unit. The overall mission is to enhance the data-driven decision making across all sub-functions in B2B, promote the product mindset in the analytics teams, and bridge the knowledge gap between analytics teams and business stakeholders.
You will contribute & make an impact through:
Drive the analytics strategy and roadmap for B2B
Lead the analytics quarterly planning process for B2B
Responsible for data and analytics initiatives in the B2B business domain
Align analytics priorities with B2B leadership
Identify gaps and opportunities where data and analytics can bring value to the B2B business domain
Be the major bridge between data teams and business to update progress and close the knowledge gap
Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration
Ensure that the deep insights generated through sophisticated analytics translate into impact at scale in B2B business domain
Strengthen the impact-driven focus among analytics teams by helping them understand the impact of their work and how they contribute to the bigger picture
Reinforce and lead a data-informed culture in the organization together with the other data and analytics leads
Promote and strengthen the product mindset in analytics teams
Be the product manager for major analytics projects to bring in clarity on business goals, problems and expected outcomes, as well as enable an agile approach

About you
We don’t know you yet, but you might recognize yourself in the following:
Speak both the data and business language
Experience in driving strategy and roadmap
Experience in working with different analytics domains including data modeling, BI development, data analysis, machine learning
Knowledgeable in SQL and BI platforms
Experience in working with B2B business domain
Experience in agile development and project management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
