The Role – what you’ll be doing
As Signage Optimization Lead, you will be part of the POS (Point of Sales) team reporting into the head of POS Marketing. The POS team drives the vision and strategy of our exposure at point of sale, and globally. This includes testing, developing, managing and rolling-out our POS exposure material in close collaboration with Marketing Insights, Creative Design, Product and Distribution teams to drive consumer acquisition and revenue. Furthermore you will:
- Collaborate with marketing insights and creative designers on the planning of research projects, production of stimuli material and implementation of findings into our POS exposure.
- Work closely with our distribution, commercial and product teams to understand the business context and requirements, and support in building their growth successfully.
- Deep-dive into the user journey and how drivers interact with our content at point-of-sale, making sure that our exposure drives optimal conversion.
- Continue to evolve and improve our content, messaging and design roadmap to drive growth in line with the business strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing Insights to ensure a strong test & research roadmap, including A/B testing of signage, in aim to optimize messaging and designs for superior results.
- Think local with the aim to tailor content for each context, while striving to scale processes, solutions and test results when possible.
- Conduct competitor analysis and test our performance to ensure we remain ahead of the game.
- Use Data Analytics as a sounding board for A/B testing and support in analyzing results and formulating recommendations.
Is this You?
For this position, we are in search of a data-driven and curious marketer with both a drive for results and a strong analytical backbone. You naturally stay up to date with new trends, tools and tactics and independently learn best practices. Previous experience in working with signage or managing creative projects would be a strong benefit.
We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
- 5+ years marketing or product management experience in a multi channel environment
- 5+ years of cross-country experience
- A proven track record of driving growth in the physical and digital space, working successfully with testing and experimentation
- The ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- A good knowledge and experience from working with relevant KPI and measurements. A drive for results, a love for data and an ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets
- A “be curious” mentality, a data-obsessed approach, with the ability to get things done while playing together as a team.
- Operating in a very hands-on manner, understanding that the team is on a growth journey, while at the same time supporting to drive our POS vision and strategy.
- Strong in stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Business level English, both written and spoken
