The Role
At Arrive, we believe empowered sales teams build stronger customer relationships and drive smarter growth. That’s why we’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Support Specialist to help our B2B sales teams succeed - by ensuring they have the tools, processes, and customer engagement strategies needed to thrive.
In this role, you'll be an integral part of the Sales Support Team, focused on growing a high-quality customer base and enhancing the overall sales experience. You’ll contribute to both local and cross-country sales initiatives, working across departments to improve customer onboarding, retention, and loyalty.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the local sales team’s day-to-day operations by improving tools, processes, and workflows.
- Work directly with inactive customers to re-engage and convert them into active, loyal clients.
- Reduce unnecessary B2B customer support contacts by streamlining and enhancing the customer experience.
- Drive onboarding, loyalty-building, and win-back strategies across key customer segments.
- Collaborate with local Customer Care and Sales teams to implement effective strategies and share best practices.
- Support quality assurance for local sales leaders and align closely with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute insights to global sales support teams, helping shape regional and EU-wide operations projects.
What You Bring
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all background, but a successful candidate may demonstrate:
- Fluency in both English and Dutch
- Curiosity and business acumen, with a desire to understand and improve support operations.
- Familiarity with contact centre tools and CRM/sales tools
- A flexible, agile mindset - comfortable working in fast-moving, multicultural environments.
- An innovative, goal-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A data-informed perspective to support and evolve sales strategies.
