M&A Integration Project Manager
Are you a sharp, structured thinker with experience in M&A integrations and a strong grasp of IT systems and business processes?
At Arrive, we’re growing fast and with that comes exciting, complex integration work. We're looking for an experienced M&A Integration Project Manager to join our IT team and lead critical initiatives that ensure smooth and scalable system and business integration following acquisitions and organisational changes.

This is a individual contributor role - ideal for someone with a background in management consulting or in-house strategy, who thrives in cross-functional environments and knows how to turn strategy into executable integration plans. What You’ll Do
As an Integration Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving IT integration plans from start to finish. You’ll act as a key facilitator across multiple IT domains—working closely with stakeholders across infrastructure, platforms, applications, security, and business systems to ensure well-coordinated and successful integration delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the planning and execution of IT integration projects across various domains, with a focus on post-M&A and organizational change scenarios.
• Creating structured, domain-specific integration plans that align with wider business goals.
• Facilitating across all layers of the IT organization - from infrastructure and platforms to cybersecurity and business applications.
• Identifying risks, interdependencies, and blockers, and managing them proactively.
• Acting as the bridge between business and IT, translating strategy into clear operational roadmaps.
• Engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and maintain momentum.
• Monitoring integration progress and performance, adapting plans as needed for success.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–7 years of experience in management consulting (ideally within M&A or post-merger integration), or in a similar internal transformation/project management role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, business processes, and integration principles.
• Proven experience creating and executing structured project/integration plans.
• Confident working across multiple functions and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Analytical mindset with a bias for action and a knack for simplifying complexity.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills - comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
• PMP or relevant certification is a plus.
