General Scope of the Position:
To provide quality support to Flowbird customers, distributors, and internal colleagues.
Responsibilities:
Direct customer contact related to inquiries, orders, order entry, pricing, scheduling, traffic, and resolution of customer complaints/issues;
Responsible for order review, to include pricing review, documentation, order configuration, and scheduling; coordinate machine order shipment (software, hardware, graphics);
Handle machine order processing, to include the coordination and tracking of all paperwork requirements, booking onto MFG/PRO, participation in weekly operations review, and coordination/tracking as required through shipment;
Responsible for company invoicing of all sales including spares, machines orders, and Parkfolio;
Act as liaison between customers, Business Development Managers, and other departments within the organization to help ensure customer satisfaction;
Interact with all departments regarding technical, pricing, accounting, Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and inventory issues as they arise;
Issue, track, and follow-up product returns;
Research and resolve internal issues with regard to product quality and customer satisfaction;
Responsible for daily monitoring of backlog with regard to on-time shipments, scheduled ship dates, and subsequent follow-up when issues arise;
Responsible for weekly monitoring of critical parts inventory and subsequent follow-up when issues arise
Handle demo/trial order processing and tracking;
Provide support to Sales staff and management team with regard to product availability and order configuration; provide reports as required by management team;
Act as back-up to Sales Administration Manager for DLP’s for orders to Besanco;
Research, prepare, and present price quotations to customer for spares, consumables, and upgrade requests as per ISO standards; research and interact with technical support staff to determine feasibility and details for upgrades;
Maintain customer files;
Responsible for participation in Flowbird main phone line loop for answering/transfer of calls to appropriate personnel;
Knowledge of US Customs Commercial Invoicing process;
Organize and maintain Customer Spares Contract Pricing; and
Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Experience:
Excellent skills with Microsoft Word and Excel; and
Manufacturing/Order Processing Systems.
Education/Training:
Bachelor’s degree or 3- 5 years’ work experience; and
Excellent skills with Word, Excel, and Manufacturing/Order Processing Systems.
Physical Demands:
Use of ladder to assist in collecting parts and completing inventory;
Ability to verify inventory (parts) to complete sales order requests within the warehouse; and
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
