Le poste 

Au sein du Département Achats, vous rejoindrez une équipe internationale où vous contribuerez activement à la structuration des achats, à l’harmonisation des pratiques et à l’atteinte des objectifs de performance, de durabilité et d’innovation.

Vous devrez piloter les achats de votre périmètre au niveau mondial où vous serez au cœur des enjeux industriels liés à la fabrication de produits complexes et contribuerez au pilotage de panels fournisseurs internationaux dans un environnement exigeant et stimulant.

Les missions

• Définir les axes de création de valeur (coût, innovation, sécurisation) en assurant une veille marché active,

• Gérer un panel restreint et qualifié de fournisseurs,

• Piloter les stratégies de sourcing, audits, et rationalisation du panel,

• Conduire les appels d’offres et négocier les contrats (prix, CGA, risques) en lien avec les équipes juridiques,

• Suivre la performance fournisseurs à travers des KPI, des revues régulières et des plans d’amélioration continue,

• Gérer les claims fournisseurs en support des équipes industrielles,

• Collaborer en transverse avec les équipes internes (Qualité, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, Production),

• Etre acteur/actrice dans les analyses “Make or Buy” et s’assurer de la conformité aux politiques du Groupe,

• Piloter les outils et le reporting achats pour assurer une gouvernance claire et efficace.

Votre profil

• Formation Master/Bac +5 en Management des Achats, Supply Chain,

• Justifier de 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire - idéalement dans les achats stratégiques,

• Maîtriser des outils bureautiques et d’achats (ERP, Excel, Power BI, SRM…),

• Une solide expérience dans les achats industriels internationaux, le domaine de la tôlerie ou de la mécanique est fortement recommandée,

• Capacités à piloter la performance fournisseur dans un environnement multiculturel,

• Des connaissances dans les processus de production, qualité, supply chain sont appréciées,

• Avoir un niveau avancé en Anglais,

• Qualités requises : être orienté(e) résultats, rigueur, bonnes capacités de négociation, communication, esprit d’équipe

Des déplacements chez les fournisseurs sont à prévoir en Europe (1-2/mois). 

Le poste est basé à Besançon , France.

The Role
Within the Purchasing Department, you will join an international team where you will actively contribute to structuring purchasing, harmonizing practices and achieving performance, sustainability and innovation objectives.

You will be in charge of purchasing for your area of responsibility at a global level, where you will be at the heart of industrial issues linked to the manufacture of complex products, and will contribute to the management of international supplier panels in a demanding and stimulating environment

How to make an impact

• Define areas of value creation (cost, innovation, security) by keeping an active watch of the market,
• Manage a restricted and qualified panel of suppliers,
• Handle supplier claims in support of industrial teams,
  
• Lead calls for tender and negotiate contracts (price, CGA, risks) in collaboration with legal teams,
• Drive strategy, auditing and policy rationalization,
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, regular reviews and continuous improvement plans,
• Play an active role in “Make or Buy” analyses and ensure compliance with Group policies,
• Collaborate across functionally with internal teams (Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, Production),
• Manage purchasing tools and reporting to ensure a clear and an effective governance.

About you

• Master Degree/Bac +5 in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management,
• Having 5 years of experience in a similar role - ideally in strategic purchasing,
• Proficiency in office suite and purchasing tools (ERP, Excel, Power BI, SRM, etc.),
• A solid experience in international industrial purchasing, sheet metal or mechanical engineering is strongly recommended,
• Ability to manage supplier performance in a multicultural environment,
• Knowledge of production, quality and supply chain processes is appreciated,
• Advanced level of English/French,
• Soft skills: being a results-oriented person, rigor, good negotiation skills, communication, team spirit.

Some travels in Europe will be planned (1-2/month).  

This role is based in Besançon, France
