The Role:

We're seeking a talented Technical Program Director to lead and coordinate complex agile software technology programs from inception to completion. If you thrive in a global environment, excel at stakeholder management, and foster seamless communication, this is your opportunity to drive significant change.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

Define program strategy and approach, from concept to execution.

Identify, onboard, and align key program members and stakeholders on scope, strategy, and metrics.

Collaborate with your team to create clear milestone plans and success metrics.

Project Delivery & Leadership:

Drive robust program delivery, managing dependencies and resolving blockers proactively.

Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring program project progression.

Manage internal and external stakeholder communication and expectations, fostering exceptional collaboration.

Cultivate a positive, trusting, and innovative environment within your program teams.

Document solutions, processes, and findings to build a knowledge base for future success.

About You:

You are a self-starter with a global mindset, eager to drive change and continuously improve. You communicate seamlessly across both engineering and business environments, possess data-driven curiosity, and thrive on managing multiple fast-paced tasks. Your approach to program management is structured yet pragmatic, enabling you to lead effectively in a rapidly evolving business.

Your Background Might Include:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related data-driven, problem-solving, entrepreneurial field.

Multiple years of relevant experience in management consulting or project/program management, with a strong track record in software development or digital transformation projects.

Proven background in managing Agile projects/programs and/or fulfilling the role of a Scrum Master.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of stakeholder management.

Highly structured approach to managing complex planning and parallel workstreams.

Fluency in English is a requirement; additional languages are a plus.
