Le poste 

Au sein du Département Finance, vous serez en charge du périmètre industriel où vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles de la supply chain et le responsable du site. 

Les missions

• Clôtures mensuelles (préparation des fichiers dʼanalyses, mise à jour des fichiers, analyse des provisions, recalcul des coûts standards),
• Suivi budgétaire mensuel (analyse des écarts vs budget, préparation des comités de direction),
• Contribution à lʼélaboration des forecasts et du budget annuel,
• Participation aux projets dʼamélioration continue (digitalisation, automatisation),

Cette alternance vous offrira une perspective concrète, internationale et stratégique du contrôle de gestion. D'autres missions pourront être envisagées en fonction de votre profil, de vos appétences et de nos actualités durant la période de votre alternance. 

Votre profil

• Suivre une formation Bac +4/+5 avec une spécialisation en contrôle de gestion, audit ou finance,
• Avoir un goût prononcé pour les chiffres,
• Une première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine financier hors comptabilité sera un plus,
• Maîtriser Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules),
• Avoir un niveau professionnel en Anglais,
• Qualités requises: esprit d'équipe, excellent relationnel, force de proposition, capacités de synthèse

The Role

In the Finance Department, you will be responsible for the industrial scope, working closely with the operational supply chain teams and the site manager.

How to make an impact

• Monthly closings (preparing analysis files, updating files, analyzing provisions, recalculating standard costs),
• Budget follow-up (analyzing variances vs. budget, preparing management committee meetings),
• Contributing to the development of forecasts and the annual budget,
• Participating in continuous improvement projects,

About you

• Master Degree (Bac+4/+5) with a specialization in management control, auditing, or in finance, 
• Having a strong interest in numbers,
• A first experience in the financial field (excluding accounting) will be a plus,
• Proficiency in Excel,
• Having a professional level in English,
• Soft skills: team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, strong synthesis abilities.
