Le poste
Rattaché(e) au Directeur d'établissement, vous serez chargé(e) de l'entretien, de la sécurité et du maintien en fonctionnement des infrastructures et des bâtiments.
Pour ce faire, vous planifierez et superviserez la maintenance, encadrerez les équipes intervenantes et gérerez les services généraux (entretien des bâtiments et des espaces verts, gestion des systèmes d'incendie, des droits d'accès, etc.).
Les missions
- Management d’équipe: validation des congés, entretiens annuel et professionnel, développement des compétences et de la polyvalence,
- Définir les orientations techniques et financières et les améliorations du plan de maintenance,
- Suivre les maintenances préventives et curatives des installations techniques
- Organiser et participer à l’élaboration des programmes pluriannuels de travaux et d’entretien,
- Contrôler les habilitations des personnels et les conditions de sécurité,
- Recenser les besoins d’aménagement, proposer des solutions et assurer la faisabilité technique,
- Organiser et superviser des déménagements,
- Suivre les contrôles réglementaires et les vérifications périodiques obligatoires,
- Répartir et allouer les ressources (humaines, techniques, matérielles) entre les différents secteurs techniques,
- Programmer et contrôler les interventions de maintenance sous-traitées ou réalisées par son équipe,
- Organiser les contrôles réglementaires,
- Élaborer les procédures, des fiches de prescriptions techniques et des tableaux de bord pour le suivi et l’analyse de l’activité de son secteur,
- Assurer la veille technologique et réglementaire sur les installations et les bâtiments,
- Faire du conseil technique auprès des utilisateurs et des services de l’établissement,
- Assurer le premier niveau d’astreinte pour le bon fonctionnement du site,
Des déplacements en France seront à prévoir (env. 10/an).
Votre profil
Être titulaire d’un diplôme supérieur niveau Bac+3 à bac +5, orienté dans la maintenance générale ou spécialisation électrotechnique,
5 ans d’expérience au sein d’un Service HSE / Service Généraux,
3 ans d'expérience dans le management d’équipe ou gestion des projets, ou gestion des stakeholders,
Français & Anglais : niveau avancé ou bilingue,
Maîtriser les outils bureautique (powerpoint, excel, word),
Connaître les réglementations liées à la sécurité, à l’environnement et à l’hygiène,
Savoir gérer des projets transverses, avec un solide esprit d’équipe et une culture de l’engagement,
Vos qualités relationnelles, d’écoute et d’analyse vous permettent de collaborer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés (collaborateurs internes, prestataires…),
Le poste est basé à Besançon, France.

The Role
Reporting to the Global Head of Facilities, you will be responsible for the maintenance, safety, and upkeep of infrastructure and buildings.
To do this, you will plan and supervise maintenance, manage the teams involved, and manage general services (building and grounds maintenance, fire system management, access rights, etc.). Through our office experience, you will contribute to creating collaborative and engaging workplaces.
How to make an impact
Team management: approving leave, conducting annual and professional reviews, developing skills and versatility
Defining technical and financial guidelines and improvements to the maintenance plan
Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance of technical installations
Organizing and participating in the development of multi-year work and maintenance programs
Monitor staff authorizations and safety conditions
Identify development needs, propose solutions, and ensure technical feasibility
Organize and supervise relocations which also includes rebranding and/or office upgrade projects
Monitor regulatory inspections and mandatory periodic checks
Distribute and allocate resources (human, technical, material) among the various technical sectors
Schedule and monitor maintenance work subcontracted or carried out by your team
Organize regulatory inspections
Develop procedures and technical specifications sheets
Develop dashboards for monitoring and analyzing activity in your sector
Monitor technological and regulatory developments relating to facilities and buildings
Provide technical advice to users and departments within the establishment
Ensure that services are delivered
Provide first-level on-call support to ensure the smooth running of the site
Support with global initiatives related to the workplace and facilities to ensure that we have a similar office experience happening throughout our site, and work together with the global workplace and facility team
Support with projects related to sustainability, including data reporting for your assigned sites, finding and implementing sustainable ways of working within our French sites
Few travels will be planned (10/year).
About you
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in general maintenance or electrical engineering
5 years of experience in an HSE/General Services Department,
3 years of experience in team management, project management, or stakeholder management,
French & English: advanced or bilingual
Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack is highly desired
Knowledge of safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations
Ability to manage cross-functional projects, with a strong team spirit and a culture of commitment.
Strong interpersonal, listening and analytical skills to ensure good collaboration with various stakeholders - both internal (e.g employees across various functions/departments) and external (e.g suppliers and vendors)
Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
Experience working in a global and international organisation is advantageous
