The Role
The Partner Integration Specialist is responsible for managing the technical integrations of new and existing partners into our ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of partner solutions with our platform.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical contact for partners during the initial integration process, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, client support, implementations, and Distribution.
Develop and maintain integration documentation, including API specifications, integration configuration guides, and troubleshooting resources for partners.
Coordinate testing and validation of integrations, identifying and resolving any technical issues or compatibility issues.
Provide training and technical support to partners and internal stakeholders to facilitate self-service integration and troubleshooting.
Monitor and analyze integration performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices for security related to partner integrations, incorporating learnings into our integration processes and communication.
Establish regular and consistent channels of communication with integration partners.
Effectively communicate with partner organizations to resolve integration issues, ensuring clear, timely, and accurate information exchange to maintain smooth operations.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of integration tools, platforms, and resources to streamline the integration process.
Maintain the CRM system to ensure all contact information is up-to-date and accurately reflects current relationships.
Efficiently manage and work through a queue of open requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in a technical role such as support specialist, API engineer, or software developer.
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in documentation and deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards related to data privacy and integration security.
