Le poste
Au sein de la Business Unit Transport, vous serez chargé(e) de structurer, de piloter et d'optimiser les opérations commerciales.
Partenaire stratégique des équipes de vente et du management, vous devrez améliorer les performances, fiabiliser les données et soutenir la croissance en contact avec les différents services du Groupe.
Les missions
- Assurer un management transversal en étant responsable des processus de vente et de l'optimisation des ventes à l'échelle mondiale,
- Pilotage de la performance (suivi des KPIs, analyse des résultats, mise en place de tableaux de bord),
- Gestion du pipeline & forecast (garantir la fiabilité des données, accompagner les équipes dans la prévision des ventes),
- Optimisation des processus commerciaux (simplifier et standardiser les méthodes de travail),
- Assurer l’adoption et la qualité du CRM,
- Support aux équipes de vente (fournir des outils, analyses et recommandations pour améliorer l’efficacité commerciale),
- Go-to-Market & Stratégie (contribuer à la définition de la couverture commerciale, segmentation clients, allocation des ressources),
- Compensation & Incentive (administrer les plans de commissionnement et assurer la transparence auprès des commerciaux).
Des déplacements seront à prévoir en Europe et aux USA.
Votre profil
Master/Bac +5 en commerce, gestion ou ingénierie (ou équivalent),
Avoir 10 ans d'expérience dans les domaines des ventes, des opérations commerciales, de la planification financière et de l'analyse, ou du conseil,
Des expérience(s) à l’international sont fortement souhaitées,
Maîtriser les outils CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) et les outils d’analyse de données (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau…),
Savoir gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dont transverses,
Français & Anglais : niveau bilingue,
Qualités requises: excellentes compétences analytiques et relationnelles, goût pour le travail en équipe, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et de la priorisation.
Le poste sera basé à Besançon ou Paris , France.

The Role
You will be in charge of enhancing sales effectiveness across our organization. This role will play a key part in driving operational excellence, optimizing sales processes, and leveraging data to improve decision-making.
You will lead a regional team and collaborate closely with sales, finance, marketing, and product teams to enable sustainable growth in the mobility and smart city industry.
How to make an impact
Sales Strategy & Execution: Align sales operations with business objectives, ensuring streamlined execution of growth initiatives in the mobility, parking, and smart city sectors.
Process Optimization: Improve sales workflows, automation, and best practices to enhance productivity across B2B and B2G (Business-to-Government) sales channels.
CRM & Data Management: Oversee Salesforce foir Europe (or other CRM platforms) to ensure data integrity, pipeline visibility, and actionable insights for leadership.
Forecasting & Analytics: Develop and refine sales forecasting models, performance metrics, and pipeline tracking to improve revenue predictability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, marketing, and product teams to align sales efforts with market demands and customer needs.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Sales Operations team across multiple European markets.
Change Management & Enablement: Drive the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and sales best practices across the organization.
Few travels in USA and Europe will be planned.
About you
- Master Degree/Bac +5 in business, management, or engineering (or equivalent),
- 10 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, financial planning and analysis, or consulting,
- International experiences are highly desirable,
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.),
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including cross-functional projects,
- English: bilingual level,
- French: advanced level,
- Soft skills required: excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team, autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize.
The job can be in Besançon or in Paris , France.
