We’re now looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to join our team in Basingstoke and accelerate growth in our B2B division. If you're a results-driven sales professional ready to make an impact within a global tech organisation, this is your opportunity.
The Role
As a Corporate Sales Executive, you’ll take charge of a specific vertical market and lead the charge in building our UK corporate client base. You’ll be the driving force promoting our SaaS-based mobility solutions — with RingGo Corporate at the forefront — and championing adoption among mid-market and SME businesses.
This role sits at the heart of Arrive’s vision to shape the digital future of parking and mobility, offering you the chance to make a tangible impact on how businesses operate.
How to make an impact
- Proactively identify and target SME and mid-market level businesses to create profitable new business opportunities.
- Generate new corporate opportunities through skilled cold outreach and secure valuable upsells from your existing client base.
- Successfully balance and organise your pipeline activities appropriately between prospecting, presenting, negotiation, and closing of opportunities.
- Deliver a professional and targeted sales presentation that clearly connects with multiple decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to follow and contribute to the sales strategy and plan.
- Meet expected KPIs for activity levels (e.g., call rates, meetings, conversions, etc.).
- Accurately forecast and report revenue in a timely manner, providing precise input and updates to weekly sales forecasts/primary measures, contribution margin, revenue, and activity within Sugar CRM.
Your background
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record of sourcing and successfully closing new business.
- Has the determination to strive and exceed goals and targets.
- Is able to nurture and maintain senior-level relationships with ease and professionalism.
- Is a genuine team player and highly self-motivated, comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Has strong experience working on cold new business acquisition.
- Brings a consultative approach to selling, prioritizing solutions and effective communication.
- Is goal-driven, enthusiastic, and always seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Please be advised that this role offers flexibility to work from home and we require office presence in Basingstoke 2 times a week.
