Treasury Analyst

At Arrive, we're redefining how people and goods move through the world - and that mission starts with making smart, strategic financial decisions. We’re looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our growing Finance team and help drive best-in-class treasury operations across our business.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for financial systems, and a sharp eye for detail. You’ll play a key role in managing our cash flow, ensuring compliance, optimizing processes, and providing the insights that keep our strategy grounded in data.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

Cash Management & Forecasting

• Monitor and analyze daily cash positions to ensure liquidity
• Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
• Manage bank accounts: opening, closing, and maintaining account data
• Process and reconcile transactions: wire transfers, ACH, lockbox deposits
• Investigate and resolve any cash flow discrepancies

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze financial data to spot trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and planning
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations

Treasury Operations & Risk Management

• Support debt and investment portfolio management
• Monitor and manage foreign exchange (FX) exposure and transactions
• Help implement and maintain treasury systems and tools
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Assist in intercompany settlements and risk mitigation strategies

Bank Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners
• Coordinate bank documentation and data requests
• Support fee analysis and bank performance reviews

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and submit required regulatory reports
• Keep financial records accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready
• Support internal and external audit processes

🎯 What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Working knowledge of financial markets and instruments
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is a plus
