The Role
As Area Sales Manager / Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding EasyPark’s presence in Portugal. You’ll identify new opportunities, acquire new partners, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both public and private stakeholders.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of mobility in Portugal, transform the off-street parking market, and leave a lasting impact on how people move through cities.
What you’ll do:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Portugal.
Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities and parking operators.
Lead the full sales cycle: from analyzing opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals, to collaborating on implementation.
Consult with partners to ensure EasyPark solutions meet their needs.
Work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Product, Customer Care, and Partner Success to drive growth and improvements.
About You

You are:
Sales-driven, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Independent, proactive, and energized by new challenges.
A natural communicator who can navigate key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Analytical and strategic, with experience presenting strong business cases.
Collaborative and open to change, with a positive “big picture” outlook.
Your Background
8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Strong commercial background, ideally in complex service sales (e.g., SaaS).
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle.
CRM proficiency and project management experience within sales.
Fluent in Portuguese and English (essential).
Based in Lisbon.
Experience with public entities (e.g., municipalities) is a plus.
