The person joining the team as a Customer Support Technician will join a multinational company in the mobility, technology, and Smart Cities sectors, offering the opportunity for extensive professional development, training, and continuous improvement. A strong focus on results and customer service, with continuous learning, will be required.
FUNCTIONS
● Customer orientation, incident management and support for technical staff
● Analysis and resolution of incidents
● Scaling and tracking to L2
● Detailed knowledge of the systems, hardware, and software that cover the company's portfolio of products and services
● Coordination with your direct supervisor (Operations Manager) with the aim of carrying out different HW and SW installation tasks as well as problem diagnosis
● Supervising commissioning and carrying out tests
REQUIREMENTS
● Minimum training of FP II or Higher Grade preferably in Electronics or Computer Science
● Experience in incident response, technical work with electronic equipment (ATMs, vending machines, ticketing, parking meters, etc.) and performance of similar duties is essential.
● Competencies:
o Interpersonal relationships, results-oriented
o Written and oral communication skills.
o Negotiation and management skills.
o Teamwork
● Tool handling
o Office Automation: Word, Excel
o Google Suite: Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.
o Desirable and Valuable: knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
● Intermediate English level
● Availability to travel in Spain
● Driving license
CONDITIONS
● Flexible hours: Mon- Fri 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM
