The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and strategic “Head of Digital Marketing” to lead Arrive’s digital growth journey. You’ll steer our digital marketing strategy for the EasyPark brand, with a primary focus on B2B and Industry segments while also supporting B2C growth. You’ll shape how we connect, convert, and scale across complex buyer journeys—building growth marketing capabilities that link campaigns directly to product usage, activation, and revenue. As the expert in all digital marketing matters, you’ll own performance across channels, lead a team, set strategy & budget, and be a key voice in influencing broader company strategy.
How to make an impact
Build and execute a robust digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and accelerates growth across B2C, B2B, and Industry.
Design a performance marketing growth roadmap across all relevant channels; meet ambitious KPIs, conversion targets, and deliver a strong Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI), with a particular focus on B2B full-funnel journeys—from awareness and lead gen to nurturing, activation, and revenue conversion.
Lead a high-performing digital marketing team focused on driving traffic, generating leads, optimizing conversions, and boosting app store visibility.
Take ownership of key channels—App Stores (ASO and ads), Paid Search (App campaigns & SEM), Paid Social & Programmatic—and ensure they deliver measurable results.
In B2B, focus on growth marketing: designing experiments, running campaigns, and applying analytics to drive trials, activations, and revenue—not just leads.
Set and manage the annual digital marketing budget, define clear KPIs, forecast performance, and analyze results throughout the year.
Stay ahead of the curve on new tools, channels, and tactics, and embed a culture of continuous experimentation and learning within the team.
Establish an efficient framework for scalable content production and testing, in close collaboration with creative and data insights teams.
Work with the Analytics Team to implement attribution models that provide clarity on each channel’s performance and enable smarter budget allocation.
Collaborate closely with Regional Marketing Managers and Global Marketing Managers to ensure growth objectives are met across all segments.
About you
You are strategic, analytical, and hands-on. You thrive where creativity meets data—able to zoom out on long-term vision while diving into details to optimize campaigns. You’re a natural leader, building and motivating teams while fostering a test-and-learn culture. You’re curious about new tools and tactics, comfortable with experimentation, and driven to link digital marketing directly to product and revenue growth. Strong communication and stakeholder management come naturally to you.
You bring a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategy, with experience in navigating complex buying cycles, influencing multiple stakeholders, and connecting marketing activities directly to commercial outcomes. Experience in B2C marketing is also a strong positive.
Your background
We don’t expect you to tick every box, but here’s what would make you successful in this role:
Significant experience leading digital marketing in senior roles, with a strong track record in B2B growth marketing.
Proven ability to design and execute growth-focused strategies that deliver trials, activations, and revenue—not just leads.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with App Store Optimization & ads, Paid Search (including App & SEM), Paid Social Media, and Programmatic.
Expertise in experimentation frameworks, performance analytics, and growth marketing tactics.
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team.
Experience with budget management, forecasting, reporting, and performance attribution models.
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, dashboards, and decision-making rooted in evidence.
Track record of collaborating cross-functionally (e.g. product, creative, analytics, regional/global teams, external agencies).
Proactive, curious, and eager to bring new thinking into the business.
This role is based in Stockholm, Amsterdam or Basingstoke.
