The Role
Are you a proactive and solution-oriented professional with a passion for sales? We’re looking for a motivated Internal Sales Representative to be the crucial link between our German customers and our field sales team.
In this role, you’ll provide expert advice on our products and services, turning customer inquiries into lasting partnerships. From calculating and preparing offers to managing order confirmations and invoicing, you’ll take ownership of key sales processes that make a real impact.
You’ll also coordinate closely with our project department and production sites in France and Sweden, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. As part of your journey, you’ll actively support tenders, helping to prepare documentation, monitor markets, and coordinate commercial and technical aspects.

What You’ll Do
Act as the primary contact for our German customers, providing expert advice and tailored solutions.
Take ownership of offers, order confirmations, and invoicing in coordination with sales and operations.
Support the tender process – from market observation and document preparation to submission.
Drive process improvement and automation within inside sales, working closely with the responsible manager.
Coordinate between internal teams and production plants to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain and update CRM / ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales-related data.
About You
You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration or economics, with solid experience in internal sales or sales administration.
You’re skilled in CRM and ERP systems (ideally Salesforce) and familiar with Google Workspace / Office tools.
You work independently, reliably, and with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
You thrive in an international, fast-paced environment and enjoy cross-functional teamwork.
You have excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal).
