The Role

Finance Strategy Associate

We’re looking for a driven Finance Strategy Associate to join our dynamic Finance team in Stockholm. In this role, you’ll sit at the crossroads of finance, strategy, and corporate development, helping to evaluate growth opportunities and strategic investments. The individual will report to the Finance Strategy Manager at Arrive.

This is a rare opportunity to gain deep insight into a fast-growing organisation, work closely with senior leaders, and contribute directly to high-impact decisions across the company.

What You’ll Do

Investment Modeling & Analysis

• Build and manage financial models for organic initiatives, capital investments, and partnerships.
• Partner with business leaders to assess strategic business cases and capital-intensive opportunities.
• Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to the investment committee.

Corporate Development

• Identify and evaluate M&A and partnership opportunities.
• Develop strategic insights on deal rationale, valuation, and synergy potential.

Investor Reporting

• Drive investor reporting and financial communications for owners and key stakeholders.
• Streamline recurring reporting workflows and handle ad-hoc investor requests.

Corporate Governance

• Support board and committee processes with high-quality materials and insights.
• Help refine and evolve the company’s governance framework as the business scales.

Who You Are

• Around 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong command of financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, you can translate complexity into clarity.
• Confident working cross-functionally and taking ownership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
