The Role
Are you a results-oriented Talent Acquisition professional ready to make a tangible impact on talent acquisition strategy and delivery? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our Global Talent Acquisition team in Atlanta, US.
In this crucial position with hands-on responsibilities, you'll guide a small, geographically dispersed team of Talent Acquisition Partners, playing a key part in attracting, engaging, and recruiting top talent globally for your defined Business Unit. This is a unique opportunity to drive the shift towards a more proactive talent strategy, continuously improve our recruitment processes, and strengthen our collaboration with business leaders.
Our recruitment philosophy centers on being true ambassadors of our culture and values in every interaction. We believe in being curious, not judgmental, to build diverse teams, and to always deliver an exceptional candidate experience through personal, timely communication and feedback.
How to make an impact
- Lead and mentor your geographically dispersed team of TA Partners, and provide comprehensive leadership, coaching, and support. This includes conducting 1:1s, fostering engagement, ensuring clarity, promoting collaboration in team meetings, cultivating a learning culture, and facilitating development and performance dialogues.
- Operate effectively within a matrixed structure, aligning regional recruitment delivery with global priorities while adapting to local context.
- Lead through change in a post-M&A context—building clarity, shaping ways of working, and embedding TA process maturity over time.
- Drive strategic workforce planning and role management: Manage recruitment demand and capacity planning within your area of responsibility with the respective TA Partners.
- Proactive sourcing: Inspire and equip your team to actively source and headhunt future talent, building relevant candidate pools for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
- Continuous improvement: Drive ongoing enhancements to our global recruitment process in collaboration with the wider TA team, and support your team in prioritizing projects and initiatives.
- Data-driven insights: Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment data, staying close to our KPIs to identify trends and challenges. Utilize your analytical skills to inform decision-making and advance the strategic TA agenda alongside the Head of TA.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insight on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment analytics.
About you
You are strategic yet hands-on, moving fluidly between strategic thinking and operational execution. You're a collaborative and resilient leader with a one-team mindset, bringing people together to solve challenges and navigating ambiguity with a calm, pragmatic approach. You're curious, adaptable, and prioritize diverse hiring outcomes while championing equitable candidate experiences. You're comfortable with ambiguity and eager to embed structure, consistency, and excellence across all touchpoints in the hiring process.
Your background
We don't expect you to tick every box, but here's what would make you successful in this role:
- Proven TA Leadership: Demonstrated success managing recruitment across multiple regions or business units in complex, global organizations, including building alignment in matrixed environments.
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to design and implement scalable hiring strategies, covering direct sourcing, selection methodologies, and recruitment operations.
- Influential Stakeholder Management: Skilled at building trusted relationships and coaching senior leaders through hiring decisions, process adherence, and talent planning.
- Data-Driven & Analytical: Strong analytical thinking, comfortable using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes. Familiarity with TA systems, analytics, and process maturity models.
- Collaborative & Resilient: A one-team mindset, bringing people together to solve challenges, and navigating ambiguity and change with a calm, pragmatic approach.
- Inclusive Approach: Prioritizes diverse hiring outcomes and champions equitable candidate experiences.
- Strategic yet Hands-On: Moves fluidly between strategic thinking and operational execution, comfortable diving into details when needed.
- Curious & Adaptable: Embraces evolving business priorities and constantly seeks ways to improve and evolve TA delivery.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to work with your global TA peer group to embed structure, consistency, and excellence across all touchpoints in the hiring process.
