We are seeking an exceptional Head of People(VP) to support the transformation and growth of our Parking business, across North America and European markets. This is a senior, high-impact role for a people leader who thrives in a fast-moving, high-performing, product-led environment and can operate confidently across regions, cultures, and regulatory environments. This role requires someone who can influence, challenge, and align senior leaders across a complex, multi-brand environment.
You will partner closely with the Parking leadership team and CPO to shape and deliver a People & Culture strategy that enables our teams to grow, perform, and thrive. You will champion our values — Arrive Curious, Arrive Focused, Arrive Together — ensuring they show up in how we hire, develop, engage, reward, and lead.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic People Leadership
Partner with the CPO and Parking ELT to build and deliver a people plan that supports rapid growth in North America and multiple European markets.
Provide strategic counsel on organisational design, operating model clarity, leadership effectiveness, and cross-functional execution.
Diagnose and remove structural and behavioural barriers to product delivery, performance, and customer impact.
Bring clarity and structure in a multi-brand, mobility-centric environment, helping teams prioritise, focus, and execute.
Inspire teams and leaders to embrace and embody our purpose and culture, ensuring alignment with values in everything we do.
Partner closely with leadership, ensuring the organisation, behaviours, and ways of working support delivery velocity, roadmap clarity, and customer impact.
Parking and People Transformation
Lead organisational design work across Parking, ensuring clarity of roles, spans, layers, decision rights, and cross-functional operating rhythms that support product delivery, customer impact, and integration across legacy brands.
Champion and support the implementation of Workday across all Parking markets, ensuring readiness, adoption, and great user experience.
Contribute to broader P&C transformation initiatives, shaping foundations for a frictionless, AI-ready people platform, including scalable systems, processes, and ways of working.
Talent, Growth & Performance
Develop and execute talent strategies to attract, grow, and retain exceptional people across all markets, partnering with the Culture & Talent Team
Lead the implementation of the new Arrive Performance process throughout Parking
Raise leadership talent density, ensuring strong succession pipelines and capability uplift.
Culture & Engagement
Champion the evolution of our culture, supporting embedding our values and engaging people into Arrive’s purpose and mission
Strengthen belonging, collaboration, and connection across countries and teams.
Leadership & Influence
Lead with clarity, empathy, and commercial awareness.
Build strong relationships across the organisation and influence at all levels, including senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
Thrive in ambiguity and operate at pace, bringing stability, structure, and focus where it’s needed most.

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Capability
A senior People/HR leader with a background in mobility, transport tech, EV charging, parking, micromobility, connected car, smart mobility, or similarly complex operational/product ecosystems.
Proven ability to support growth at scale in fast-paced, complex, or customer-led businesses.
Strong understanding of European and US employment environments and cultural nuances.
A track record of leading people-related transformation and implementing systems such as Workday (highly desirable).
Strategic range and judgement to engage at an enterprise level, with potential to grow into broader executive People leadership
