As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a leading role in driving successful teams’ deliveries, leveraging the organization’s Agile framework, and encouraging a collaborative working environment in the Arrive organization.
You will be responsible for managing initiatives, overseeing delivery for multiple teams, contributing to process development/ enhancement, and ensuring effective communication and coordination between teams globally.

Driving the successful completion of projects that solve business challenges, enhance business performance and improve competitive advantage
Supporting the company's mission, vision, and strategic objectives by focusing on multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with project success metrics
Engaging in any cross-functional and third-party vendors initiatives that are the most critical, providing flexibility and adaptability to address changing business needs
Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards
Role Responsibilities
Planning and Strategy:
Define project strategy and approach
Support milestone planning
Facilitate project success metrics
Provide input for Quarterly Planning related to initiative goals
Identify stakeholders and roles/ responsibilities
Execution:
Manage project delivery timing
Monitor project progress and health
Assist in risk identification and mitigation
Drive resolution of blockers
Track project outcomes and deliverables
Support dependency discovery, progress, and delivery
Collaboration and Communication:
Manage internal and external stakeholder communication and expectations while ensuring effective collaboration and engagement
Provide stakeholder reporting for organization visibility
Motivation and Morale:
Increase team motivation by fostering a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement
Cultivate a supportive environment that promotes trust, positivity, collaboration, and innovation
Facilitate effective conflict resolution
Process Development and Improvements:
Develop or enhance ways of working based on the organization's needs
Create process documentation, including visualization and best practices
Develop training materials and communication plans

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
Industry certifications preferred such as PMP, CAPM, and CSM
Proven experience in program and project management, with a focus on planning, coordination, communication and execution
Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality
Proficiency and best practices in software tools including Google and Atlassian suites
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, skills to find compromise solutions
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, frequently changing global environment
