We’re looking for a skilled Head of FP&A and KPI & Dashboard Leader for our Auto & Data Business Unit to lead financial steering while owning the design, governance, and continual improvement of enterprise-wide KPI frameworks and dashboards. This dual role manages the full FP&A cycle for the Auto & Data BU while leading the design, governance, and continual improvement of enterprise-wide KPI frameworks and dashboards. The role partners closely with the BU leaders, Product, Operations, and Group FP&A to ensure financial transparency, operational efficiency, and alignment with the group's strategic agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Business Unit FP&A – Auto & Data
Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis for the Auto & Data BU.
Deliver insight on revenue drivers, customer economics, product profitability, and cost performance.
Partner with BU leadership to support strategic decisions, evaluate investments, and track progress against key financial targets.
Own monthly performance reviews, including variance analysis, financial commentary, and risk/opportunity assessments.
Ensure strong financial governance and discipline across the BU.
KPI & Dashboard Leadership
Develop, maintain, and standardize a unified KPI framework aligned with Arrive AS’s strategic priorities.
Lead the creation and optimization of financial, operational, and commercial dashboards.
Collaborate with Data, Engineering, and Product teams to secure high-quality data pipelines and ensure strong data governance.
Promote dashboard adoption, user empowerment, and data literacy across departments.
Drive automation, reporting improvements, and advanced visualization standards.
Cross-Functional Business Partnering
Serve as a key advisor to the Deputy CFO on BU performance, risks, and strategic opportunities.
Align BU reporting with corporate consolidation, investor reporting, and group-level priorities.
Support Product & Technology teams on business cases, pricing initiatives, and cost optimization efforts.
Work with Operations to strengthen unit economics, productivity, and process efficiency.
Drive best practices in planning, forecasting, modelling, and reporting.
Strengthen collaboration between BU Finance, Corporate Finance, and Data teams.
Qualifications & Experience
5–10 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within technology, SaaS, data services, automotive tech, or similar sectors.
Demonstrated experience managing BU-level planning and strategic analysis.
Strong capability in building KPI frameworks and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills; able to simplify complexity.
Experience in global, fast-moving, and matrixed organizations.
