The Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our global team in Paris for a 12-month fixed-term contract. If you’re ready to dive in, shape our hiring strategy, and deliver world-class talent during a pivotal year of growth, we want to hear from you
In this crucial position with hands-on responsibilities, you'll guide a small, geographically dispersed team of Talent Acquisition Partners, playing a key part in attracting, engaging, and recruiting top talent globally for your defined Business Unit. This is a unique opportunity to drive the shift towards a more proactive talent strategy and continuously improve our recruitment process.

How to make an impact
Lead & develop team: Provide coaching, conduct 1:1s, drive engagement, and facilitate performance discussions for geographically dispersed TA Partners
Navigate global complexity: Align regional recruitment with global priorities while adapting to local needs
Manage capacity planning: Oversee recruitment demand and resource allocation with TA Partners
Enable proactive sourcing: Equip team to build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
Champion continuous improvement: Enhance global recruitment processes and guide team prioritization
Deliver data-driven insights: Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions with Head of TA
Advise senior stakeholders: Provide expertise on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment analytics

You're equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to get things done. As a leader, you bring people together, stay calm under pressure, and thrive in ambiguity. You're curious and adaptable, with a track record of building structure where it's needed. You see challenges as opportunities to improve, and you're ready to help us raise the bar across our entire hiring process.
Your background
We don't expect you to tick every box, but here's what would make you successful in this role:
TA leadership: Managed recruitment across multiple regions/business units in complex, matrixed global organizations
Strategic execution: Designed and scaled hiring strategies including sourcing, recruiting, and operations
Proven TA Partner: Successful track record as a hands-on recruiter who identified and removed hiring bottlenecks
Exceptional delivery: Balanced speed and quality while maintaining strong candidate experience and business partnership
Stakeholder influence: Built trusted relationships with senior leaders; coached on hiring decisions and talent planning
Data-driven: Used analytics and TA systems to improve outcomes and drive process maturity
Team-oriented: Brought people together to solve problems; stayed calm and pragmatic through change
Diversity-focused: Delivered diverse hiring results and equitable candidate experiences
Hands-on when needed: Move easily between strategy and execution
Adaptable: Embraced change and continuously improved TA delivery
Structure-builder: Thrived in ambiguity; established consistency and excellence across hiring processes
Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
