The Role
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in creating the conditions for our sales function to perform at their best. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute directly to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You'll be part of the Sales Support team, whose main tasks are to drive quality customer base growth and enable the sales organisation to focus on high-value sales activities. This role will allow you to expand your skills in optimising processes and improving customer experiences within a fast-paced B2B environment.
How you will make an impact:
Operational Excellence: Support the local sales team in daily operations by continuously optimising ways of working.
Priority Account Support: Act as the expert escalation point for complex B2B inquiries, resolving high-impact administrative tasks that require deeper business context beyond standard Customer Care protocols.
Customer Lifecycle Management: Drive onboarding, loyalty, and win-back/retention initiatives.
Customer Management: Working closely with inactive customers, implementing and iterating strategies to ensure an active customer base.
Customer Experience: Proactively reduce B2B customer contact volumes to Customer Care, thereby enhancing the overall B2B Customer Experience.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with local customer care and sales teams to implement strategies and share best practices.
Global Connectivity: Provide insights to the Global Sales Support team and support cross-country initiatives to drive efficiency across the EU function.
Quality & Alignment: Support local leaders with Quality Assurance and ensure cross-functional alignment with sales teams.
