About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to take ownership of a critical Host-facing product domain within a fast-growing marketplace business.

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering new commercial initiatives while strengthening and evolving live products used by our Hosts at scale. You will operate with high ownership, exposure to senior leadership, and meaningful impact on revenue and operational performance.

You will join a small, focused Product function where standards are high and output matters. We value clarity over complexity, impact over activity, and delivery over documentation.

This is the only Product Manager role based in London. The rest of the team operates remotely. You must be comfortable working autonomously in a hybrid London environment while maintaining strong alignment with a distributed team.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end ownership of multiple defined Host product domains

• Identifying and launching high-impact commercial initiatives

• Strengthening and optimising existing Host-facing products and services

• Driving prioritisation in an environment with finite engineering capacity

• Making clear, defensible trade-offs aligned to commercial outcomes

• Bringing structure to ambiguity and turning strategy into execution

• Aligning cross-functional stakeholders around clear delivery plans

• Improving operational efficiency and reducing process friction

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in a Product Manager within a Tech/SaaS engineering environment

• Experience within marketplaces, platforms, mobility, parking, proptech, fintech or other commercially driven environments

• Proven ability to deliver meaningful commercial or operational impact

• Track record of operating effectively with limited resource

• Experience balancing new product development with optimisation of live products

• Comfortable making difficult trade-offs

• Able to simplify complex problems quickly

• Clear, confident communicator with senior stakeholders

• Strong delivery discipline
