THE ROLE : As a Corporate Sales Executive in our Paris team, you'll lead the growth of EasyPark's B2B SaaS solutions across the French market - helping SMB and Mid-market businesses digitize and streamline their urban mobility experience. This is a role for someone who finds real satisfaction in building relationships, solving customer challenges, and seeing their pipeline grow into long-term partnerships. You'll be supported by a coaching leadership team and a strong peer network from day one. After 6 months, there is a clear path to role promotion for strong performers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Identify and target SMB-Mid Market businesses in France, building profitable new business opportunities.
Generate new leads through outreach, research, networking, and your own initiatives.
Sell, negotiate and present B2B solutions providing proactive follow-up and ongoing account support.
Build trusted relationships with customers, helping them see the value of our solutions for their teams.
Manage your pipeline across prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing - with a clear daily plan.
Deliver focused presentations to multiple decision-makers with confidence and clarity.
Take commercial responsibility for your deals and ensure high-quality outcomes for customers.
Keep the CRM up to date so the whole team benefits from accurate, shared data.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in inside sales or SaaS.
A track record of finding and winning new business.
Strong communication skills clear, active listening, and confident presenting.
Fluency in both French and English (tested during the recruiting process).
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Nice to have, not required
Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
Curiosity about urban mobility, smart cities or transport tech.
Experience selling in the French SMB or corporate market.
COMPENSATION
OTE PACKAGE: 53K€ (Base salary + Competitive commission structure)
PROGRESSION: 6 months - Clear path to promotion
