The Role
UX Research at Arrive focuses on fueling a customer-centric culture throughout product innovation and development. We seek to deeply understand the needs and experiences of customers and users. Through insights we empower product teams and leadership to make better decisions for design, development and strategy of innovative mobility solutions. We thus play a vital role towards our mission to ‘Together make cities more livable’.
You’ll be part of a small and agile team that works across business units and product spaces. In particular, your work will focus on our mobile apps that enable seamless parking experiences: from finding and reserving parking spaces, to managing access and payment in locations around the world. You’ll work with product teams and leadership to drive user-centricity and innovation in creating better parking experiences for drivers.
How to make an impact
Conducting qualitative research using a variety of methods to inform product direction and innovation
Triangulating research findings with other data sources from within the company to build holistic insights to influence decisions and strategies
Partnering with designers, product managers and analysts to translate findings into ideas and actions
Consulting with product teams to understand research needs, coach them in discovery and validation efforts and create tactical research roadmaps
Leveraging AI across the research lifecycle to accelerate our efforts and pioneering new ways of incorporating AI into UX research & strategy work
About you
You have robust experience in designing and conducting qualitative research studies using a variety of methods (such as interviews, diary studies, online usability tests, focus groups)
You bring curiosity and team-spirit to any research challenge and task, taking stakeholders along the research journey and coaching them in their own efforts
You excel at leveraging storytelling and have experience delivering insights in engaging ways to product teams, cross-functional partners and product leadership
You know how to balance multiple concurring research projects focused on creating impact
Your background
We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:
University degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology or related field
Minimum of 2 years working as UX, product or user researcher
Strong understanding of product development processes and how research fits into the process
Fluency in English is required for this position.
This role is based in Stockholm, Lodz/Warsaw, London. We offer the opportunity for a hybrid setup
