The Role
We are expanding our B2B sales function and are looking for a driven Account Executive to join our new team. This isn't your average sales position; you will play a vital role in our continued success by connecting with customers who already know and value our app. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will focus on turning warm leads and existing users into long-term business partners. This role offers a unique selling point of a clear development plan, with opportunities for promotion after just four months, allowing you to have a significant impact on our growth in Norway.
How to make an impact
· Guide existing Arrive users to the next level by demonstrating the added value our B2B solutions offer their businesses.
· Connect with interested customers via phone to understand their specific needs and present the ideal business plan fit.
· Build genuine relationships and foster brand loyalty, transforming simple conversations into successful professional partnerships.
· Manage daily call volumes and your sales pipeline, taking full ownership of deals from initial contact to completion.
· Maintain an accurate and sharp CRM system to ensure high-quality data and streamlined operations.

You are a communicative and energetic professional who understands that effective sales start with active listening. Your background
· Proven experience in sales with a comfort level in building professional relationships over the phone (B2B experience is a significant advantage).
· A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals and targets.
· Strong self-motivation with the ability to manage a personal workload and pipeline independently.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
· Fluency in Norwegian and a solid command of English
