The Role
Join a market leader at the forefront of the UK parking sector. We are seeking a high-caliber sales professional to drive our next phase of growth by revolutionising how parking assets are managed and monetised. Focussing on the retail parking market including - shopping centres, retail parks, and commercial real estate, we are scaling rapidly and need a strategic architect for our market expansion.
How to make an impact
As a Senior Commercial Executive, you will lead complex sales cycles and mentor the wider team. Your focus will be on:
Consultative Partnerships: Engaging in high-level B2B conversations to solve complex challenges for major prospective clients.
Pipeline Excellence: Taking full ownership of your sales funnel, utilising CRM tools to forecast sophisticated growth.
Targeted Expansion: Consistently exceeding high-level revenue targets and KPIs.
Tailored Solutions: Crafting bespoke professional proposals and presenting cutting-edge technology that aligns with specific client needs.
Market Leadership: Identifying new revenue opportunities and acting as a subject matter expert in the parking tech space.
About you
Proven Closer: A demonstrable background of exceeding sales targets in a high-stakes environment.
Sales Sophistication: Significant B2B experience with the ability to navigate complex decision-making units.
Influencer: A leader who can build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Your background
5 to 10 years of business development experience, ideally within the commercial retail sector.
A driven, achiever who is goal and target orientated.
