The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer within our B2B Web team, you will join a stable yet evolving department that serves a massive global client base of over 80 million users. You will be part of a distributed, highly collaborative team of six, responsible for the end-to-end self-service admin panels that empower our business partners. This role offers a unique stimulating challenge: navigating a legacy system to architect modern, scalable solutions while overseeing fleet insights, enablement, and DevOps processes. You will report into the Engineering Manager and work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Tech Leads to build seamless frontend experiences and manage the robust backend operations required as our domains expand.

How to make an impact

• Lead the development of high-quality features across the frontend (React) and backend (Kotlin), ensuring a seamless experience for our B2B users.

• Drive the evolution of our architecture by identifying legacy bottlenecks and implementing modern, robust solutions.

• Oversee critical engineering processes including QA, A/B testing, and DevOps to maintain high system reliability.

• Mentor team members and share technical expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

About you

You are a senior-level engineer who is business-oriented and naturally curious about how your code impacts the wider domain. You thrive in environments where you can be a "bridge" builder - someone who is strong on the frontend but equally competent and willing to dive into backend challenges. You are a lifelong learner who is excited about the potential of AI-driven development and enjoys the challenge of transforming legacy systems into modern masterpieces. Collaboration is your default mode; you enjoy sharing knowledge, participating in peer reviews, and working closely with design and product stakeholders to solve complex problems.

Your background

• Extensive experience building complex web applications with React and modern frontend ecosystems.

• Strong proficiency in backend development, specifically with Kotlin and Express.js (experience with Java is also welcome).

• Proven experience working with distributed messaging systems, specifically Kafka.

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

• Solid understanding of DevOps processes.

• Professional fluency in English and a track record of working effectively in distributed, international teams.
