The Role

As the Strategic Sourcing Leader – IT, you will lead end-to-end sourcing activities for our global IT portfolio, encompassing infrastructure, software, SaaS, telecom, cloud services, and professional services. Your mission is to drive value creation through cost optimization and supplier innovation while ensuring our sourcing strategies align with Arrive's digital transformation goals. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence our global technology landscape and support our mission of making cities more livable through smarter mobility.

How to make an impact

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for the IT category that align with business priorities and evolving technology needs.

• Partner closely with the CIO, IT teams, and various business units to build sourcing roadmaps and understand technical requirements.

• Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations and contract structuring for key vendors such as Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, and Salesforce.

• Proactively manage the renewal calendar to leverage timing for better commercial outcomes and prevent "auto-renewals."

• Drive cost transparency and savings initiatives through Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses and value-added partnerships.

• Ensure supplier compliance with legal, regulatory, cybersecurity, and ESG standards while mitigating supply chain risks.

• Stay ahead of IT trends and emerging technologies to provide market intelligence that influences our long-term strategy.

You are a clear, inclusive communicator who can influence senior leadership and navigate complex, cross-functional environments with ease. Your curiosity keeps you at the forefront of IT trends, and your focused approach ensures that our digital procurement processes are both efficient and resilient.

Your background

• 5+ years of experience in strategic IT sourcing or procurement.

• Strong expertise in IT contract structures, including cloud, SaaS, and complex license agreements.

• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and managing global sourcing initiatives.

• Proficiency with ERP and e-sourcing tools (such as Oracle or Procurement Orchestration tools).

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Procurement, IT, or a related field.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or Swedish is a significant advantage.

This role is based in Stockholm, but we are also open for the right candidate based in London or Paris.
