The Role
As Account Manager you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing partnerships with private parking operators across Spain within the off-street parking segment for EasyPark. This is a highly commercial and field-based role focused on new business acquisition, relationship building, and long-term partner success.
Being able to cooperate at executive level is essential as a great part of the communication with partners will be directly with owners/managers of small and medium sized companies. The ideal candidate is comfortable with outbound prospecting, frequent client visits, and managing their territory with a high level of autonomy.
The role combines business development, consultative sales, and account ownership, with a strong focus on building new partnerships from scratch while developing long-term relationships. The role covers the full commercial cycle, from market analysis and outbound prospecting to pre-sales, contract negotiation, onboarding, and partner training during implementation.
You will lead and guide partners throughout the full digitisation of their parking operations.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development
Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, including parking operators, municipalities, and other key stakeholders.
Drive outbound prospecting activities and identify high-potential opportunities within the assigned territory.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Generate and qualify leads through proactive outbound activities, convert prospects into clients, and manage the full sales cycle independently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
Own the relationship from prospecting and negotiation through onboarding and long-term partner development.
Contract Negotiation & Closing
Lead negotiations and close sales agreements with new clients.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and ensure compliance.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new clients into the EasyPark system.
Deliver onboarding support and training sessions to partner teams during implementation.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Track and report on sales activities, progress toward goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance, market trends, and any challenges.
Competencies
3–5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, business development, or similar commercial roles.
Proven track record in full-cycle sales and new business acquisition.
Strong hunter mentality with hands-on outbound sales experience.
Ability to work independently with high ownership and self-organization.
Comfortable with frequent travel and face-to-face client interactions.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
High level of motivation and drive to achieve targets.
Experience working with CRM systems.
A background in mobility, parking, SaaS, PropTech, or other fast-paced B2B industries is considered a plus.
