The Role
As the Senior Sales Compensation Administrator, you will step into a high-ownership role at the center of our sales commission program. Operating within our Finance and Sales Operations functions, you will serve as the global subject matter expert for end-to-end commission operations, owning payment cycles, Xactly system configuration, Finance partnerships, and team-facing case resolutions with a high degree of autonomy. This role acts as a key collaborator across multiple internal stakeholder groups, driving process improvement initiatives, supporting annual planning, and contributing directly to plan design. Reporting into our corporate finance leadership, this position offers an incredible opportunity to scale our global mobility platform's internal systems, heavily influencing how we reward, incentivize, and empower our commercial teams worldwide.
How to make an impact
Own monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual commission payment cycles end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for the Xactly Incent platform, managing configuration, quotas, rates, accelerators, SPIFFs, and user access.
Own the Salesforce-to-Xactly data integration layer, managing crediting rules, order/opportunity mapping, and data validation workflows.
Handle the compensation case queue end-to-end, resolving complex disputes through independent plan interpretation while maintaining strong internal SLAs.
Partner with Finance and Payroll to validate, prepare, and submit payroll files, support month-end close accruals, and maintain SOX-compliant audit trails.
Drive continuous process improvements to reduce manual workflows, maintain comprehensive documentation, and mentor team members on compensation knowledge.
About you
You are a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional who thrives in an environment of high ownership and cross-functional collaboration. You possess a growth mindset, looking at complex commission challenges not as roadblocks, but as opportunities to build more efficient, scalable systems. With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you can translate complex plan documents or system mechanics into clear, empathetic guidance for our commercial teams, resolving disputes with fairness and transparency. You are self-driven, detail-focused, and eager to partner closely with diverse global stakeholders to ensure our teams are supported and our data remains audit-ready.
Your background
5+ years of hands-on sales compensation administration experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
Deep expertise in Xactly Incent, including plan configuration, crediting rules, integration management, and system troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience managing Salesforce CRM-to-Xactly data integrations and supporting a high-volume sales organization (250+ individuals).
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and scenario modeling) alongside working knowledge of SOX compliance and month-end close processes.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proven ability to interpret complex plan documents and independently manage dispute resolution workflows.
Experience with Xactly Connect, ETL tools, BI platforms (like Tableau or Salesforce Reports), or a degree in Finance/Business is preferred.
